We stayed for 4 nights and everything was perfect, with a kitchenette allowing us to cook breakfast ourselves, and Karen as the best host ever.

The room was quiet and had excellent WiFi, a TV, and a sofa set, and the location was lovely and great, conveniently close to parks and Chelmsford.
